    一、貨幣資金 
A, monetary funds
 1、設立驗資應收集資料：  a、進帳單、對帳單（或余額單）看原件留復印件（并有“投資款”內容）

 2、增資  a、與上述a、b、e相同

 b、對出資日前的會計報表實行審計手續，重點是上次出資的現存狀態、以及凈資產情況。
