二、全體股東身份證原件及復印件，法人股東的提交加蓋公章的營業執照復印件和公司投資決議。

三、全體股東授權的委托人身份證原件及復印件。

四、注冊地址的房產證復印件和房屋租賃合同，（看一下房產證的用途是住宅的要去居委會辦理住宅改為經營用房的證明，加蓋居委會的公章，房產證的用途是辦公或是工業的就不需要了。）

五、確定一下股東，法人的投資比例，公司的經營范圍。

剩下的工作交給我們（營業執照，代碼證，稅務登記證，公章等）
