企業(yè)年檢是工商行政部門對企業(yè)資質(zhì)的復核行為，企業(yè)年檢通過表明該企業(yè)可以進行次年的企業(yè)經(jīng)營活動，企業(yè)年檢不通過表明該企業(yè)不能進行次年的經(jīng)營活動，每年的3月1日至6月30日。

二、年檢的基本程序：

年檢應提交的文件：
